Fabulous

These are sooooo comfortable. I wear them to work - they are great for a sitting half/walking half the time time job. I normally wear a size 9 but I have found that New Balance fits better if order up 1/2 size. Love them!

Minimalus...

This is the trail version of the WT20, but not quite. I really loved the running version WT20 which shows a strong arch support and a really flat sole. This one shows the flat sole and the arch support but maybe due to the leather is not as flexible and therefore not as comfortable. I bought those for walking (city type) as I like the flat sole. But I found them not easy to get used to and after a short while my feet would hurt. Be aware that walking too often and too long with this type of shoes can hurt your Achilles tendon (read about this type of shoes before buying) But they help you as well to build the appropriate running posture with time. Overall consider the WT20 version for more comfort.

good minimalist trail shoe

I was looking for a waterproof minimalist trail or running shoe, but I guess that's something that doesn't yet exist. This shoe is advertised as water resistant, and it is. I got them soaked on a hike by stepping in a stream, and they definitely aren't waterproof. But they weren't uncomfortable to wear wet, with wool socks. I brushed the dried mud off with a dish brush the next day, and they look good as new! They're really comfortable for me. Arch supports hurt my feet more than help them, and these have minimal arch supports.
