The new Saucony Grid Cohesion 4 Trail Running Shoes is the updated version of the popular Cohesion NX. The Saucony Grid Cohesion Trail Running 4 outdoor shoe has a triangular lug design that provides abrasion resistance and enhanced traction on challenging terrain. *UPDATED* HRC Strobel Board - The HRC added to the board gives an instant feel of comfort and cushioning. Air Mesh Upper - This material has a looser weave to promote circulation, having the dual effect of keeping the foot cool whilst also aiding evaporation as sweat is wicked from the skin. Aggressive Triangular Cut Lug Design - Provides traction and cushioning in the wet and muddy conditons. Non-visible Grid System - Offers stable cushioning in the heel reducing the impact of landing. The Cohesion 4 is updated from the Cohesion which proved to be a very popular entry level shoe, and we anticipate that v4 is going to be just as popular - get yours now!

Good shoe...I have worn Saucony for years. I prefer the Prestige Tr shoe I have. I wanted to buy another pair of those but could not find it. I do wish Saucony would keep making the same shoes. I will continue to buy Saucony.Great comfort, room in the toes, cushion is good, keep well...shape,and make.

I've had these about 4 mos now and am back for a second pair. I paid $30 more for these at a retail storefront. I have knee and foot problems and if a shoe is just a little off it's a big problem and so far these have been awesome. My only problem with them is that the left toe top has worn through, but then I wear them every day and the sole is like new. This is a steal at $39.95!

Didn't fit right.

These shoes are sturdy and of good quality, but the fit was bad. I then put in my custom made orthotics and the shoes squeeked so bad I stopped wearing them. They run wide and stretch out with wear. If you wear thick socks and don't have a supination/pronation problem, these may be fine, but not for me.
