An entirely different approach to trail running than the traditional running shoe, the WT20 New Balance Minimus Trail takes the proven versatile durability of a Vibram outsole and combines it with a fitted, extremely minimalist upper that's comfortable with or without socks. This companion to the WT10 Minimus Trail features a modified upper on the same comfortable sole unit as its popular counterpart, creating a near-barefoot experience on the trail.Minimus is a whole new approach to footwear, a place on the spectrum from barefoot running to the traditional maximum-cushioning running shoe. Inspired by Good Form Running and designed to be worn with or without socks. With only a 4mm drop from heel to toe, as little as a third of that of a traditional running shoe, the Minimus collection holds a world of discovery for neutral runners as well as those with gait issues or chronic injury to conquer by learning better form.

Great Shoe

I am a TRX Suspension personal trainer and I also do the TRX Rip training. These shoes met my expectations to accommodate all the elements. I do not like the shoes that incapsulate the foot & movement is limited to the "design'. I, like many others, have foot issues and need a shoe that allows for foot muscles & tendons to work as nature designed while remaining comfortable.I recommend and will buy again.

Love these shoes, I use them for CrossFit and they are amazing, comfortable enough to run in, and great for lifting! I'll be getting more in other colors! LOVE'EMI also purchased this in a 7 1/2 which I normally wear a 7, my second pair of New Balances I got a 7 (not sure why) and I had to send them back for a larger size. So get at least a 1/2 size larger than you wear.

You have to buy them bigger than your regular size, mine were too small I wanted to exchange them but Amazon wouldn't let me, actually they would but mine were lightning deal and if i want to exchange them I would have to pay the difference in price - cca $50 ...
