TRAILROC 235. A performance-focused trail shoe offering minimal underfoot cushioning and a natural barefoot feel. Three sticky rubber compounds varying in hardness give optimal wear and maximum grip on dry and loose trails.

Best Trail Show I have run in

I am a pretty long term trail runner. I have run from 5 mile races to 50 milers and I have been searching for a neutral and zero drop shoe with some decent bottom foot projection for a long time. I run in minimalists because of an ankle injury, not because it is faddish, and it has been frustrating having to feel every single rock in the only shoes that kept me from rolling my ankle. These shoes do just that the allow for a natural stride on my permanently injured ankle without sacrificing traction and bottom foot protection. They also have a wide toe box that better allows for toe swelling on longer races.

Great for obstacle courses, goes from muddy trail to obstacles with no problem. Very light weight and breathable, no breaking in required.
